Hi Bruce,
I have an extra set of cables. I will check it out. I know its final when you solder but at least one can solder only the distribution unit part and leave the PCB's part untouched at least. This reduces the problem by 50%. I'm always at the mercy of this hitch. When it happens i'm stuck and if it happens in the middle of a recording ...then i have to explain to the clients that its a stupid thing nothing to worry about
.... then i have to make up for the downtime. One client told me to solder once and for all.
Im not sure if the silicon or a hot glue spot on the plastic casing will do the job. Soldering is more 100%.
Thanks for your help Graham
