Some time ago I bought a 1961 Watkins Rapier 33 which was my very first guitar, it needed some work which inclued a new decal, I did the drawing and sent it off to a company who reproduced it.
Your master fader bank area could be masked off and re-painted, but the db graph would need to be reproduced, the transfer would also need to be sprayed with semi matt lacquer to protect it from wear as it would wear off in a short time.
