no audio after boot up

Hi Cleo here
its my first time so can anyone help.
My Mackie D8b loads up with new v5.It runs fine for about 2min then freezes all audio.Everything still works but no audio.On reboot it loads again fine,but no audio.

Please any suggestion?

Your OS 5.1 software is not authorized and will only run for a few minutes. You need to speak to Mackie to get the correct code and enter it on the authorization page, Alternatively, you can download OS 3 as it doesn't require authorization.
