David,

I think Perfect Circuit stated that the employee made a mistake. I don't know exactly what happened, but he/she probably was supposed to go through and check the unit.

He/she didn’t check the unit and didn't want to get into trouble so he/she said "yes, I did" hoping for the best. Well it backfired. The owners want to get the thing shipped right? Good business to get it out the door quickly.

I know I have shipped you at least one thing David as I recall - I think a d8b card? Pretty sure of that… anyway, for sure I know that Australia is a long way from Los Angeles and also I have had things show up here from Australia (by boat due to weight) and it barely made it, let me tell ya.

So when I shipped you the product I made sure it worked when it left here and definitely over packaged it. I think you said it could have just dropped out of the plane into your yard and it would have survived the fall. I was not only flattered by that statement it made me laugh.

But that is here nor there. I am a smart business minded guy that sees things through to the worst of what could happen. I am not excusing this employee but he/she might not have had the wherewithal to think things through all the way to Australia and according to the owners, they reprimanded him/her and hopefully a lesson learned. Of course it is Business 101, but there are owners and there are people who work for the owners; the truth, as I see it, and I see it all the time is... there are two different mind sets. One is not any better than the other, it is just different.

Please be glad you have these people that want to make things right. I will come back to the poser in Michigan (Afroreach, Neo, Vincz Pvel) that basically blatantly stole from me. A couple other losers did the same thing too. If I may be so bold this is 12 year old mentality – They think it will be okay and then it’s deer in the headlights! I am not sure you got deer Down-under, so you might have to look that expression up. :P

I am equally sure that this employee feels like ... well you know (not good). I have no idea why I feel I must comment on this as I have nothing what-so-ever to do with any of it, but I think there always is and often comes back to trust, if this employee doesn't learn from this experience then he/she might be looking for another job. It really comes down to trust.

Over and out!

Michael

I have to respond here, motivated by a very poor response from Brad from Perfect Circuit Audio. I own a studio and have bought things from all over both online and off. Of my 20 years of doing this it's the worst (most rude) response I've ever received to an inquiry. Posted here for what it's worth.

Invisible-etc,

Firstly with a user name like yours, can I suggest that you sign off with your (or a fake name if you must!!!!), it makes it much easier for all of us.

If you posted your response for PCA, then it did not come through.

It is quite some time now since the local organisation made their purchase and if I recall correctly (from the person making the purchase), he also had some problem communicating with them at first, but I think that things started to change once I made a phone call (all the way from Australia) and informed them of my technical background and that I owned an original unit and after this phone call the purchaser sent them copies of the photos I posted on this forum.

To their credit (or at least in the case of the Association), they came fully to the party and I believe repaid in full all monies. I have no idea what they did with the faulty unit when they received it back --- actually I would love to know!!!!!

By the way, the Association were able to purchase a brand new unit (still in its fully sealed box) from a seller in Canada and it has been working perfectly since being installed.

As a matter of interest, what were you considering purchasing?

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!!!!!!!!!!
SHOW SOME MAN PRIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Michae would rather say it wasnt me, it was my grandpa so I will keep black peoples money cause my grandma coerced and not me.

I'm impressed that you could spell "coerced". I guess spellcheck cut in. Your grammar skills otherwise, are appalling. It should be "FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE". Exclamation points are optional. I guess you had the repeat key engaged. "PRIDE, MAN" would have been better. "Wasn't" is how it works. "Black People's" is also how it works. Apostrophes are important tools. "Because", if abbreviated, also deserves an apostrophe thus: 'cause. BTW, it's "Michael". You are an annoying little troll and I ask that you go forth and attempt to multiply yourself.

In the beginning, when I installed the software for this forums, I was the top poster, with 2 posts (the ones I have used to made some test with). It took no longer than 2 hours for anyhorizon to get to the top of the list, and since then, he is still the top poster over here.

Hi petersueco

anyhorizon is not at the top of the list. he may be second because I am at the top number one spot.
I just have not sent in everything I wanted to post or when someone need help that got it before I could send my reply in so I just kept it in my head as to what was wrong. so that makes me the top poster. and peter will never catch me because I got 750 post I have not posted yet. so peter I finley got ahead of you. now the only thing to do is learn how to sing better that anyhorizing. that will be a hard one there. if only I could sound like elvis. whatch out peter. its all in having fun. but for real what I would give to have anyhorizing brain

There is no sense in making any sense out of that man - I apologize to everyone, hopefully he will go and stay away.

Angry is he and I can't help him.

You all know me pretty well, lesson learnt. ;)

Sorry

Michael
