Thanks Dan.

I believe Google is just reacting late to the hack from last weekend.

I did a global update to all my sites last week.

I have just downloaded all the public content from the server to my computer and no file reports infection anymore.

I will contact Google about it... next Monday, again weekends in the middle.

Pleas in the meantime just ignore the warnings. It is safe... for now.

Today, I encountered this with Firefox and nothing I could do could get me to the site. Google sets in motion a series infinite loops featuring warnings that completely ignore the fact that you've clicked: "ignore warning". I had to install a copy of Safari to eventually get to a point where I could log in...and even Safari popped up warnings that were ignored until I killed the Fraudulent Sites security preference in Safari.

Later, I found a similar security pref in Firefox and disabled it. It's the only way to view this site right now.

This is a really f**ked up situation, Peter. I hope you get it straightened out soon.

Sorry guys. I just can't deal with this until Monday. I'm sure the situation will be fixed soon, but I need time to do it and I'm out for the weekend.

Frank, you know this crap has been nagging us for some time now. It has been very, and I mean, very time consuming to fight.

Stay tuned

I couldn't even post prior to turning off the fraudulent site bizzo in Safari which I'm not happy about doing.

You're a good man Peter and we all appreciate this facility. The old place is well and truly kaput.

Maybe you should appoint another administrator for times when you're flat out.

Peter :)

Sorry Peter, I should have been clearer. Yes, I know this has been going on for some time and I saw that you can't deal with it til Monday. That's not what I thought was f**ked up. After you got the site back up, I had no problems til today....it's almost like Google decided: screw you and went full tilt today. Their crap is like spam. You click ignore and they don't. The only alternative to get around their Draconian little system is to make the browser COMPLETELY vulnerable to attacks. Morons.

Hi guys,

I Just cleared one infected file that I found was still infected and requested Google to review the site. Let's see if it works and how long it takes for Google to free it up.
