Rolling my own midi cable

Is this the correct diagram?

I seem to recall reading somewhere that this was wrong.

I think that's the good one. Anyhorizon did several break out cables following it. He even pointed out to me that the one I had in the Database index site (the one downloaded from Mackie's site) was not correct.

Your link is the correct wiring.
