OT: Last-FM

Has anyone heard of a UK based organisation called "Last-FM" and if so have you had, or know of anyone who has had, any dealings with them and what was the result.

I have recently discovered that a CD we (Copperfield Records) had listed with CdBaby, has been placed on the Last-FM's system by someone who apparently did so by registering herself as Copperfield Records (as a result we can no longer use our company name with this organisation). We know nothing about the posting of our CD or the name registration, although we have been in contact with Last-FM demanding answers --- thus far they have responded stating that they will look into the matter --- they did forward the name of the person who registered the name, but we have never heard of that person.

By Last-FM's rules and regulations, they appear to be a legitimate organisation (ie they pay all the normal royalties, etc), BUT we want to be sure and if not we will demand that they remove our product. We do not want our product pirated in any way (our motto, "like it buy it" not "like it pirate it").

I will appreciate any comments.
