This forum change was a huge surprise to me, and everyone else too by the other posts I'm reading. I guess this is what they call 'progress'. I know forum software has changed dramatically since the original Mackie forums began but DANG! - after 10 years change can be hard! Having registered on Aug 14, 2001, member #339, I've spent a lot of time here. I might add though that although I haven't contributed much, I have sure spent many days just logging in, reading and learning. And some of you have helped me immensely over the last decade and I want you to know how much I appreciate it! Thank you!!

This is a different forum, Dexter. The other one is still over at Mackie it's just that it went kaput for a while. It is gradually improving. Anyway, lots of old friends here.

Oh, I see. So is the old one still working? I did a search on it for some info I was looking for but didn't really try to post to it. Did it just go down for awhile and is being fixed or what?

I would say it depends on your definition of "working" so to speak. The Mackie forum has gone through upgrades before but nothing as dreconian as this one.
