Error 43 no disk

I got the dreaded error 43 - Host did not boot!
Any ideas on this one? I do not have a disk in the drive per the d8b database.

The very first thing I do when this happens is re-seat the Big connector and data connector.

Sweet. If the BIOS keeps losing settings, it may time to replace the motherboard battery. A 2032 will get you straight and then you will have to get the settings back one more time. That should get you right for a while.
