Help - Desk freezes after start up!!!!!!!

Hi All
Been using my d8b for 10 happy years - but now it freezes/hangs after everything loads.

So far I have:
Replaced the battery in the CPU
Replaced the Hard Drive and reformatted the disk
Reloaded the software.

Its still doing it - am I right at now looking at the Apogee word clock card?

Check RAM.

I second Peter. Same thing happened to me and it was the RAM
