If you change the sample rate (project menu) you'll change the playback speed. The HDR doesn't read the sample rate from the project or audio file, you have to set it. If you recorded a project at 48 kHz and have the sample rate set at 44.1 when you play it back, it'll play back slower.
Playback speed also follows an external word clock frequency, but since you didn't mention using anything but the internal word clock (but check to see that's still how you're set) this isn't likely your problem.
Are you using an HDR or MDR? On the HDR, it's easy. Choose the Hand tool, Ctrl-A to select all regions on all tracks, then just drag them over as far as you want. On the MDR you can cut all tracks and copy them back into the project at the time you want it to start. I'd suggest that you back up the project first, though, and work on the copy just in case you screw it up.
