MDR OS Disk 2 not enough space on floppy disk

I'm having problems with disk 2 from MDR1_31b408d2, I formatted floppy to Fat file system and when I attempt to send data from disk 2, it states, "I need 60.5K additional space to copy disk 2 to floppy, so I extracted disk 2 and when I try to send data to floppy disk 2, it states, "You need 17.5K additional space to copy data to disk 2. I'm using KAO MF2HD floppy disk and a external floppy drive.

hi blastin, i had the same problem when i got one of them cheap black floppy usb drives from ebay, they are shit, your best bet is get a dell or the old pakard bell and you wont have anyprobs, mine works a treat, but wont with the black one from ebay,
