Not sure if you are serious or not, but will initially treat you as serious.
The Mackie TT-24 (look it up on the Mackie web site under discontinued products) was a digital live front of house desk that Mackie manufactured about eight years ago. It was an excellent desk but suffered greatly in development when Mackie was bought out by Loud Technologies --- Mackie have not been the same since!!!!!
Sound reinforcement is what the TT-24 was designed to be used as a part of. Sound reinforcement is also referred to by "non professionals" as PA (public address) and is the sound you hear when you go to a live concert, theatrical production, or anywhere else that sound is amplified.
Might I suggest that you undertake a Google (or similar) search for both the Mackie TT-24 digital desk and sound reinforcement and see what they are both all about.
