Reaper need help!!

My d8b fires up fine but it looks like I have only one mcu working, when I move fader 1 #9 moves also and this behavior moves down with all faders. I think I need kilnkes mcu file but I cannot find a working link any where. can someone help me with this problem? Thanks for any information
