Speaker Volume Pot not Working

Postby Brad Martens » Fri Dec 05, 2014 6:25 am

I recently acquired a 2nd d8b and upon 1st use cannot get the master volume pot to control anything, although the LED does turn up and down. The only volume control I have over my speakers and my headphone outputs is from the master fader. Cue mix 1 and 2 also do not have any control over their respective outputs. Also toggling between stereo and mono does not work. No mono mode. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would be tempted to pop the bottom off and see if anything has wiggled loose in terms of ribbon cables.
