pleas help 2!!!! no faders

Hello i format the hd of my d8b and reinstall os v3
The problem is when i boot the system the faders and the pans and otrhers buttons dont work.
Somebody help me please

Off the top of my head it sounds like a communication error.

Start with removing and re connecting the 25 pin cable between the CPU and the d8b. If that doesn't change anything....

Check the BIOS to ensure it is set correctly. If that doesn't change anything.....

Open her up and re-set all the ribbon cables cleaning them with a good cleaner (change the battery while you in there and re-check the BIOS).
