To point out something important here.

If the hack works, then it is still a hack. So it will be FREE for everybody. I will not take a cent for that.
My aim for the hack is to help people that have paid for 5.1 but lost their keys or have none working licence codes.
All others can also use this, but it is not my responsibillity.

If that hack works i am happy to give something back to this great community here!

5.1 was promised as a free upgrade to me because of when I bought my console, But being in the middle of a bunch of projects, I was hesitant to install it & then when there was a lull in business, it was too late as their code generator crashed. I hope that this can finally allow me to get what I paid for. Thank you so much.

Vocal Studio needs 2 MFX cards for it to be authorised.

TC Level 1 needs unlock code 0000-0000-0000-0000 or 1111-1111-1111-1111. Can't remember which. Maybe it's only 3 groups of numbers for each unlock code. While since I did it.

Hi Peter,

That may be the plugin's serial? In the case of e.g., the Mono Delay, in order to authorize it you need both your d8b's ESN and the plugin's serial, 2222-2222-2222, to give to the (now deceased) unlock code server in order to get your unlock code. The numbers above look like maybe a plugin serial number?

I have 4 x UFX in this board. Perhaps that's an issue for Vocal Studio authorization? But at the moment I don't have a Vocal Studio unlock code tied to the ESN to even give it a try.

I agree with bitsync. This is the most significant news in a very long time!

I have 2 authorised copies of OS 5.1 but can't unlock most of the plugin's.

If I can help in any way please let me know, but for the moment, I'll sit back and watch the magic happen!

Bitsync: I think it was mentioned elsewhere in this thread, but I'll reiterate: Vocal Studio's only requirement for authorization is the presence of two MFX cards installed. If there are two mounted, it works automatically.

With your 4 UFX cards filling all the slots, you'd never see Mackies efx (which aren't shabby at all) or the Vocal Studio....which, in spite of its age, is still a viable and well designed plug-in.
