"I it failed (m) SDR Halted" message on display, help!

Hi all
I have an sdr24 recorder that displays this fault on turn on.I am told it has a main bord fault. Does anyone know where to start looking on the bord, or get a replacement and a list of error messages
I'm told some these left the factory faulty
