Serious error meesage, who can help!

Any advice given would be highly useful.
After having tried to switch back and forth to access the internal drive and
the external storage drive on my Mackie 24-96, I now got the following
mesage: see file.
Any experience on how I can fix this which presently leaves me cold and out
of operation?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
