MEMORY LOW - Recording Stopped

I have just converted an HDR and an MDR to 120GB SSD. The MDR works great but after a few hours of recording the HDR gives a "MEMORY LOW - Recording Stopped" error. Can anybody shed light on why I would be getting this error?

I had 256. I added another stick. Now post shows 512. I need to run another test and see if issue is still there.
