PLEASE HELP URGENT Problem TURN OFF the controler and leds

hi, i have now in the studio a D8B mixer, and this days, the desk when i'm working with the controler the LED turn off, and the faders too, and THE LED of the (RUDE SOLO LIGHT) TURN ON, and have sound and i have controler of the desk in the MOUSE and LCD, but the mixer does.'t work,
when i restart the desk work.. but when i become work with the desk and when the ADA8 working the desk after some minutes do the same

anyone can help? one guy tell me that some times when the batery of the bios is down normaly do thins like that?

Sounds like you have an issue on the Power side of the unit. On the right side of the cpu unit, there is a power supply and several smaller boards that also supply power to different areas of the board. Sounds like you may have an issue with one of them.

Hi eightballstudios,

Try re-seating the Big connector in the back as well that is where the power supply wires go into the mixer part of the desk.

Hope this works, it is very much simpler than hunting down a proper power supply.
