Light problem

Are you new to this desk because as well as no Master Out vu's showing a signal, you also have switch lights on that shouldn’t be, it also looks like your speaker volume knobs etc are not showing one fixed red light, the transport LCD is not correct, also, the picture looks like it was taken on boot up, ie. the effects cards showing?
