random track arming

Postby countryjack » Tue Aug 02, 2011 2:07 pm

My HDR randomly arms tracks by itself. This results in erasing tracks by mistake if you are zoomed in and recording on other tracks. Usually it's tracks 1 to 6. Can anyone please point me to cause?

Is you HDR connected via MIDI to anything? If so, what is connected?

Re the random track arming... I have narrowed it down a bit. It is the D8B doing it. If the D8B is switched off the HDR doesn't have that fault. Now the punch in footswitch doesn't work it only stops and starts the machine. Checked the settings, and they're OK.

Did you check the pedal polarity too?
