Looking to buy a parts board...

Postby DanaZ » Mon Sep 05, 2011 11:05 pm

If anyone wants to sell a unit that has seen better days, I'm looking to buy.

Thanks,
Dana

Hey there guys,

There will be a YouTube video and local sale of a “CPU only” this week (fingers crossed :| ), I will post the video here when complete, I have all the raw frames. The blurb is also complete. I have some other stuff too but I have to start somewhere and this might be one of the first things. I am keeping the console part, sorry about that I only have one console and I am still using the d8b here at this little studio. I am keeping my 166MHz and my console. The CPU is great, really great.

I hope to sell locally but I will not hesitate to move to a larger playing field after a week or so.

Just an FYI, it kills me but I had the money at the time and did not jump on maybe 8? d8b's all with a full kit of cards etc, all in great shape fully completely maintained type of situation and I knew the maintenance/repair guy personally (the best I know) from a studio house I do work at. I didn't want to hassle it at the time, now it would be worth it to me. I called the proprietor last week looking for a UFX card and he said he has nothing left on the d8b stuff. Just for the record he went with.... yep C24's – surprise… surprise… right? Yeah... well not really.

Anyway, busy busy busy,,, MPD out

Tired zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz – snore - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Make some noise!!!
