2 Track Inputs

Does anyone know if the 2 Track Inputs go through AD/DA conversion or a straight analogue to the monitor section?

Thinking of using it to monitor a signal through the D8B without using up any channels.

The 2 track inputs are analog to the monitors.

Thanks. As I suspected. If I was sending the audio from the desk via SPDIF and monitoring via an Audio Interface I presume the 2 Track audio would not be present?

The 2 track can be present, depending on what you may need. I send the D8B AES out into a Benchmark DAC-1 and monitor DAC-1 out through the 2 track in. (Master monitor switch must be off)
