Splitting D8B - Items for sale

Sadly, splitting up my D8b, please message with sensible offers for any items. All cards are in good working order, the cpu/desk not so much .

Any ideas on what are the going for these would be helpful as if I can't find a forum home for the bits, they will go on ebay.

1 MFX Card
1 Digital I/O Card - AES/EBU/SPDIF
1 RME RayDat PCIe Card (With D/Board - 4XAdat)

I need the Apogee clock card I will buy it and we can do transaction through ebay. I have just bought a D8B yesterday and I was told I need the card.
