You don't need to install SP 2 or OS 3.

After waiting a bunch of days for a dead code, I decided to dive into my old HD to see if I was smart enough to find where the original serial number lies. I found one possible candidate, I've used it with the authorization dialog box, and when I powered up my mixer again... BINGO, the dialog box is gone!
I'm realy amazed that the code provided by the support team didn't work, but anyway...I have my mixer running again .
Kind regards.

Yeah, in fact I decided to make my investments in UAD 2 boards instead .Casey wrote:...didn't have to spend a ton of money on UFX cards!!...

One last thing about this. Finally my.mackie.com site is running again, so today I could access my registration pages. There, I've found the same code that Mackie team sent me, and a link to an "unlock page". In that page, I've had to enter the code provided, and once done, the page form provides the same unlock code that I discovered in my old HD folders .albridi wrote:...the code provided by the support team didn't work...
