SDR Analog not responding

My SDR recorder is no longer responding to an analog input. I go directly from a preamp to the recorder via the analog inputs on the rear. The only warning I got that there was an issue was occasional static and the channels armed for recording. Now there is nothing. The ADAT inputs still work and playback is fine. Any suggestions?
