threat on our thread

Postby hyaena » Wed Aug 14, 2013 7:38 am

Hello Peter,

there seems to be a virus on our database 'www.sonido-7.com/d8b/index.html'.
Each time I try to open it, there is an alarm by AVG AntiVirus saying:

Blackhole Exploit Kit (type 2726)
Threat is succesfully removed.

And the site seems to consist merely of the starting icon.
Is that only from my place ?
Anything to worry about ?

I was looking for a tip regarding the symetrical/asymetrical connection of main/alt speakers.
There was special advice, as I remember.

Hopefully everybody enjoys summer !

Best

Hello Manfred.

I'm seeing this same thing. I have to do some research to see if it is an AVG issue or a real threat.

So far the forums seems to be working fine.

Anyboday else see this same issue?

Everything looks good from over here on my end. It all seems normal with no oddities.

I've got zero issues, y'all... using Chrome on Fedora Linux FWIW...

Sounds as if there's an uncaptured exception - see if your AVG database (locally on your pc, try to update it yourself) is current. I'm sure they'll eventually roll out a 'fix'...

Peace

It's funny because once the warnign message pops up, if you clik on the More info link you get this:

AVG's own web report

I'm pretty sure there is an AVG issue... Fingers crossed...

I'm on vacation right now, so no chance to check, whether anything has changed. Glad, Peter watches the same, so I'm not beginning to see white mice...
