Have d8B no Power supply/CPU

Made a trade for a D8B without a CPU a few years ago. Didn't do enough research, and now I'm stuck with a boat anchor. I either need to find a CPU/Power Supply, or I need to sell the console. Any suggestions? It has 3 apogee DIO modules, and a Digital I/O module.

Several people have tried selling consoles without CPUs on Ebay, and they always say: "It's easy to get a CPU", but I have yet to see one for sale.

How do these things end up without the CPU anyway?

I would say that too if I were trying to sell a console without a CPU. I am sure if you hunt long enough, you'll find a CPU minus the console and I have no idea how these two beasts get seperated but it does seem to happen from time to time.

You might try Eric Russ at topganoeric@aol.com. He seems to have quite few parts for sale and maybe he can direct you in the right direction.

Is it possible to switch CPU's between mackies? I beleive that one has to unlock all plugins as well or there is no need?
