Out of cuisosity, what did you try that didn't float your boat?

Hey Crash, Allen & Heath ZED R16! At one stage I was even contemplating the GS R24 but IMHO the d8b offers so much for the money!
My local dealer is getting me a Presonus 24 AI to have a play with but I'm not sure.

There is a guy in town here that is using the Prsonus rig you are getting play time with and he raves about it. Bob Tudor, one of the minds behind the d8b, is over at Presonus these days as well which may or may not carry any weight with you. But, given his background, I would think he may have a hand in their digital mixers. Let us know what you think of it.
