interference of MIDI signal from the D8B

Postby mackdaddie » Mon Dec 20, 2010 3:32 am

Hi Guys,

From solving one problem i've encountered anotherr one.

Hope one of you guys can help me out.

in HUI mode, the D8B gives a signal into cubase repeatitly. About every second my cubase 5 receives this MIDI signal.

so when i am standing on for example MIDI/Track channel 1, with an intrument on it, it plays a single note every second, that signal comes from the D8B. Everything wors just fine, every controller and the d8b works perfect exept for that minor detail.

i hope this problem is clrear for everyone

Is your midi instrument and d8b connected to the same midi port? What interface are you using? I don't use the hui function but you might need to run the d8b on it's own midi input and give your midi instruments their own input.
